A putting view of the Milky Method over Mongolia has been shared from house by astronaut Don Pettit, providing a glimpse of the night time panorama via the window of a spacecraft. In a publish on X, Pettit shared {a photograph} exhibiting the Milky Method rising over the sparse lights of Mongolia. He stated the scene was captured via the oval window of the SpaceX Dragon spacecraft.
The picture reveals the intense band of the Milky Method above the restricted lights seen throughout Mongolia, making a distinction between the night time sky and the land beneath.

Sharing particulars concerning the digicam and lens used, Pettit wrote, “Taken on Expedition 72 to the ISS with a Nikon Z9 and an ARRI Zeiss 15mm lens, T1.8, with a customized orbital sidereal tracker.”
