“The accused Valmiki stopped the siblings on their approach house and provided to drop them on his motorbike. The youngsters’s mom later reported the matter to police. Following medical examination of the survivor, a case was registered towards Valmiki below fees of rape and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
