Vivo S2 launched in India for premium segment buyers

Vivo on Thursday (August 6, 2026) reintroduced its S series and launched Vivo S2 for the premium segment buyers in India.
Vivo S2 has a 6.83 inch 1.5K 3D Curved AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and up to 3,000 nits local peak brightness.
Vivo S2 ships with a 7,050 mAh battery, supported by a 44W charger inside the box. It bears IP68 and IP69K ratings for water and dust resistance.
Vivo S2 runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo processor with up to 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage. It operates on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 out of the box.
Vivo S2 sports a 50 MP rear camera and a 32 MP selfie camera.
Vivo S2 comes in Silk White, Sapphire Blue and Regal Bronze colours, starting at ₹39,999 for the 8 GB/128 GB variant and ₹49,999 for 8 GB/256 GB unit. It will sell on Amazon, Flipkart and retail stores starting August 11.
