Mega Prince Varun Tej, who once enjoyed a successful run at the box office, has been searching for a solid comeback after a string of disappointing films. The Mega Prince is now placing all his hopes on Korean Kanakaraju, directed by Merlapaka Gandhi and produced by UV Creations in association with First Frame Entertainments.
Encouragingly, the film has generated strong pre-release buzz, thanks to the overwhelming response to every promotional asset unveiled so far. The trailer, in particular, made strong impression by promising Merlapaka Gandhi’s trademark blend of comedy, with Varun Tej and Satya’s hilarious chemistry emerging as one of its biggest highlights.
Varun Tej also appears in a character with multiple shades, adding freshness to his role and raising expectations further. Moreover, actress Ritika Nayak has only tasted hits so far.
