Irudayaraj moved the Courtroom alleging that Vijay and individuals related to the ruling Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) social gathering concerned kids in election marketing campaign actions.
He relied upon a February 5, 2024 directive issued by the Election Fee of India (ECI) which prohibits political events and candidates from utilizing kids in election-related actions.
