Ben Pearce is an illustrator and animator from Britain. He works with creative agencies as a motion designer and animation director on digital projects for global brands. To escape from the screen he likes to work with more traditional materials — pens, paper, ink and brushes and printmaking. His editorial work has featured in The New Yorker, The New York Times, The Guardian and The Atlantic. His loose, expressive drawings, posters and prints have a minimal aesthetic and utilize limited color palettes, reduced line work, high contrast and negative space to try to capture the feeling of a place or a moment.
