Exide Industries | The agency has invested ₹200 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Exide Vitality Options Ltd (EESL), stepping up funding for the greenfield multi-gigawatt lithium-ion cell manufacturing facility being developed in India. The funding was made on August 18, by subscription to five.71 crore fairness shares of EESL on a rights foundation, at a face worth of ₹10 per share and a premium of ₹25 per share.
