Rajya Sabha MP Kapil Sibal on Friday (August 21, 2026) hit again at Residence Minister Amit Shah for his “anti-national” barb on the Congress over its determination to sing solely two stanzas of Vande Mataram, asking whether or not Narendra Modi because the Gujarat Chief Minister or Atal Bihari Vajpayee because the Prime Minister sang its full model.
