In 1974, the evening earlier than Elvis Presley was due within the studio to report ‘I Will At all times Love You’, Dolly Parton’s telephone rang. Colonel Tom Parker, Presley’s supervisor, had a situation no one had talked about earlier. Elvis would report the music provided that Parker’s facet obtained half the publishing rights to it.
