An Air India Categorical flight from Ranchi to Bengaluru was delayed by 5 hours at Birsa Munda Airport right here on Sunday because the airline needed to prepare oxygen cylinders from Delhi, an airport official stated.
The official stated Air India Categorical flight quantity 1239 had arrived right here from Bengaluru. Throughout the flight, a passenger had skilled respiratory problem and was offered oxygen on board.
The passenger was secure and went residence after the flight landed on the Ranchi airport.
The return flight to Bengaluru was delayed by 5 hours because the airline needed to prepare oxygen cylinders from New Delhi.
“The flight quantity IX 1239 of Air India Categorical arrived right here round 8.55 am. The return flight IX 1244 departed about 5 hours late for Bengaluru with passengers from Ranchi round 13:51 after oxygen cylinders have been organized from Delhi and introduced right here,” Airport Director Vinod Kumar Singh stated.
