NextSlide lately introduced that it’s becoming a member of OpenAI, with the presentation startup’s group members now engaged on ChatGPT.
The NextSlide website at the moment shows a notice from founder Ahmed Beshry describing the startup’s product as one “that would flip prompts, notes, paperwork, or analysis into a cultured, editable presentation.”
The final word objective, Beshry stated, was “to make visible communication extra accessible and assist extra folks categorical their concepts clearly.” So by becoming a member of OpenAI, the group will “proceed pursuing that very same mission: constructing AI merchandise that assist folks create, talk, and switch their concepts into significant work.”
The monetary phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed. In a note on LinkedIn, Beshry stated the announcement is coming “just a few months late,” because the acquisition occurred “earlier this 12 months.”
Beshry was beforehand a co-founder at Caper AI, a sensible cart/cashier-less checkout startup acquired by Instacart in 2021.
