A GSLV rocket, carrying ISRO’s earth remark satellite tv for pc EOS-05, succssfully lauched from the spaceport in a pre-dawn mission on Friday from Andhra Pradesh Sriharikota.
The 51.7 metre tall GSLV-F17 blasted off from the second launch pad at Satish Dhawan Area Centre, about 135 km from Chennai, at a prefixed time of two.55 am, lighting up the darkish skies amid rains.
The mission carries EOS 5, a satellite tv for pc designed to supply India with a steady chicken’s eye view of the nation from a peak of almost 36,000 kilometers above earth.
The GSLV-F17 launch car stands 51.7 metres tall and has a liftoff mass of 420.5 tonnes, putting it amongst India’s largest operational launch autos.
Science and Expertise Minister Jitendra Singh hailed the profitable launch of ISRO’s GSLV-F17 rocket mission, saying that India’s area capabilities proceed to scale new heights, strengthening the nation’s place as a worldwide area energy.
