Infosys signs 10-year pact with Crocs, deal pegged at over $200 million

Infosys, India’s second largest IT player, has entered into a ten-year strategic agreement with Nasdaq-listed footwear company Crocs, Inc to drive business transformation and modernise its IT operations.

The large transformation deal is estimated to be in the range of $200-300 million, a source told ET. Infosys did not disclose the financial details of the deal. An email sent by ET to Infosys seeking information remained unanswered till press time.

Typically, top tier IT firms qualify $100 million and above sized projects as large deals.

“The long-term collaboration will apply Infosys’ AI-first platforms to modernize the global footwear company’s core business and IT systems, helping the organization to simplify operations, reduce costs and scale for the future,” Infosys said in a statement.

Through the partnership, the Bengaluru-based IT major will aim to deliver scalable solutions across enterprise IT and business operations for Crocs.

“These initiatives will break down operational silos, unify data across the organization and aim to empower Crocs, Inc. with real-time, insight-driven decision-making, accelerating innovation while enhancing efficiency, responsiveness and customer experience,” the Infosys statement added.
