The FIH Hockey World Cup 2026 is underway in Belgium and the Netherlands, that includes separate males’s and ladies’s tournaments, with 16 groups competing in every competitors.

Each hockey tournaments started with 4 swimming pools (A-D) of 4 groups, with either side taking part in three matches within the opening pool part. 

Within the second part, the highest two groups from every pool transfer into crossover Swimming pools E and F, whereas the underside two enter Swimming pools G and H.

The highest two groups from Swimming pools E and F will then advance on to the semi-finals, whereas the opposite sides will compete in classification matches to find out their ultimate positions from fifth to sixteenth.

The Girls’s Hockey World Cup 2026 will conclude on August 29 within the Netherlands on the Wagener Stadium in Amstelveen.

The Males’s Hockey World Cup 2026 ultimate can be performed on the Stade Justin Peeters in Wavre, Belgium, a day later.
