He sued the CJP and its leaders after an AI-generated graphic falsely attributed remarks about Swatantra Bhardwaj to Bhatia. Bhardwaj is accused of assault on the daddy of CJP activist Nishu Azad.
The submit acknowledged that Bhatia referred to as Bhardwaj a “dimagi naxal”.
Das shared the graphic on X, prompting Bhatia to disclaim making the remarks and provides him 24 hours to delete the submit and concern an unconditional apology.
Das, who later deleted the submit, clarified on his X account that it was AI-generated, however requested Bhatia whether or not he “disagreed” with the AI-generated assertion.
CJP co-convener Ashutosh Ranka allegedly amplified the disputed submit by reposting the graphic from Das’s account, including a caption mocking BJP leaders.
Ranka had earlier joined Das and different CJP members in demanding motion towards Bharadwaj over an alleged assault on the daddy of CJP activist Nishu Azad.
