E3 Electric has just launched the Trion electric scooter lineup in India starting at Rs. 99,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). The Trion will be available in three variants: C1, C1x, and C2. Bookings for the Trion have begun for Bengaluru customers via the brand’s official website, with more cities set to follow in the future.
The C1 is the most affordable variant, priced at Rs. 99,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru), and features a removable battery system with a capacity of 2.3kWh. The battery pack offers a claimed range of 108km (IDC), and takes 2 hours and 30 minutes to charge from 0-80 percent. It features a 2.5kW motor, with a claimed top speed of 67kmph.

The C1x gets a slightly larger 3kWh fixed battery pack, with a claimed range of 165km (IDC). This battery pack takes 3 hours and 30 minutes for a 0 to 80 percent charge. It gets the same 2.5kW motor as the C1, with a claimed top speed of 67kmph. It is priced at Rs. 1,09,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).
The C2 gets the same 3kWh fixed battery pack, but is mated to a more powerful 3.5kW motor, with a claimed top speed of 82kmph. This variant has a claimed IDC range of 128km, which is slightly lower than the C1x’s claimed range. This variant is the most expensive out of the three, priced at Rs. 1,19,999 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru).

Feature-wise, the C1 gets a 5-inch LCD console with smartphone connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation. The C1x and the C2, feature the same LCD console but with more AI-integrated features such as AI charging insights and adaptive learning. All three variants feature a 52-litre combined storage capacity, which includes the under-seat storage, glove box, and floorboard E3 Electric is offering a 1 lakh-kilometer or eight-year battery warranty on all the variants.
