Dwayne Bravo, Kieron Pollard and Sunil Narine have been honoured with a stand named after them on the Queen’s Park Oval in Port of Spain, recognising three of Trinidad and Tobago’s most outstanding figures in T20 cricket.
The Bravo, Pollard, Narine Stand, previously referred to as the Trini Posse Stand, was unveiled on Monday as a part of Trinidad & Tobago’s sixty fourth Independence Day celebrations.
The trio has been central to the rise of T20 cricket: Pollard has performed 751 T20s and has scored 14,933 runs and picked up 341 wickets, whereas Bravo completed his profession with 631 wickets and 6970 runs from from 582 T20s. Narine not too long ago grew to become solely the second bowler to take 650 T20 wickets and is the leading wicket-taker in CPL historical past, from his 614 T20 video games.
