Bikaji Foods International Ltd. (BFIL) introduced on Wednesday that it has offered a 30% stake in its wholly owned subsidiary, Bikaji Bakes Private Limited (BBPL), in tranches to Thayekunni Khaleel, an business veteran, entrepreneur and founding father of the famend bakery brand Bakemart.
Based on the corporate’s assertion, Khaleel isn’t a part of the promoter, promoter group or any group of firms.

BBPL has ceased to be an entirely owned subsidiary of Bikaji Meals Worldwide following the sale of a 30% stake to Khaleel. Bikaji Meals retains the remaining 70% stake, with BBPL persevering with as a subsidiary of the corporate.
Bikaji Foods International Ltd.’s shares jumped following the announcement, buying and selling 2.75% greater at Rs 616.30 as of 1:56 pm.
