Bengaluru food safety crackdown: Chairman’s Club kitchen shut over hygiene violations

Main violations detected:

*Storage of 40 kg of expired chilli as a meals product;
*Improper labelling not in accordance with FSSAI rules on 5 kg of bread crumbs and a couple of kg of Sajeera meals merchandise;
*Extremely unhygienic situations noticed within the meals preparation and storage areas;
*Use or storage of unauthorized/prohibited synthetic colors in meals merchandise;
*Failure to comply with the required meals security measures within the storage and dealing with of meals merchandise;
*Storage of vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals merchandise have been clubbed collectively.
