Real Madrid have announced Vinicius’ contract extension, putting an end to a very long saga. The Brazilian player signs a six-year deal.
Real Madrid C.F. and Vinicius Jr. have agreed to extend our player’s contract, keeping him with the club until June 30, 2032.
Vinicius Jr. joined Real Madrid in July 2018, at the age of 18. In his eight seasons with us, he has played 375 matches, scoring 128 goals and winning 14 titles: 2 Champions Leagues, 3 Club World Cups, 2 UEFA Super Cups, 3 La Liga titles, 1 Copa del Rey, and 3 Spanish Super Cups.
His contribution to all these titles has been crucial thanks to his play, assists, and goals, including those he scored in Real Madrid’s last two Champions League finals: the Fourteenth (Paris, 2022) and the Fifteenth (London, 2024).
During his time with Real Madrid, Vinicius won The Best FIFA Men’s Player award in 2024, was named Golden Ball winner of the 2024 Intercontinental Cup, Best Player of the 2023-2024 Champions League, Golden Ball winner of the 2022 Club World Cup, and Best Young Player of the 2021-2022 Champions League. He was also named to the FIFA World XI (2024), twice.
