Two employees have been killed and 9 others injured after a reactor blast triggered a hearth at a pharmaceutical unit in Telangana’s Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district late Friday evening, police mentioned.The incident came about at a pharma firm in Pochampally mandal whereas employees have been altering shifts, in line with police.“Two individuals died. 9 individuals have been injured, together with two who suffered greater than 50 per cent burns whereas seven sustained minor accidents”, a police official advised PTI.The injured employees have been admitted to completely different hospitals for remedy, the official mentioned.The blast triggered a hearth on the unit, which was later introduced beneath management by the Hearth Division.Police have registered a case and launched an investigation into the incident.
