JioTag 2 launched in India with Google Find Hub and Apple Find My support: Check price, features

Reliance Jio has launched the JioTag 2 in India, expanding its smart accessories lineup. The second-generation tracker features a revamped design, new colour options, and, most importantly, support for both Android and iOS devices, making it much more convenient for tracking everyday items like keys, wallet, luggage, laptop bag. The device also has a loud built-in buzzer, a rechargeable battery, and an IP64-rated body for dust and water protection.

JioTag 2 price in India, availability

Reliance Jio has priced the JioTag 2 at ₹1,249 in the Indian markets. Interested customers can also avail an instant bank discount of up to ₹50, bringing the effective price down to ₹1,199.


Featuring a redesigned body compared to the original model, the tracker is offered in Black, Red and Green colour options. The device is currently available through Amazon India.

To save users from the daily hassle of searching, Reliance has rolled out the JioTag 2 that attaches easily to keys, wallets, bags, or luggage without adding bulk. The tracker measures 101 x 62 x 17mm and weighs 30g.

It supports Google Find Hub network on Android, while JioTag Air connects to Apple’s Find My network for global service on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.

The tracker uses Bluetooth and community networks with no SIM or subscription. Just pair it once and it quietly tracks in the background with minimal upkeep.Users can trigger its built-in 120dB buzzer through the Google Find Hub or Apple Find My app to find nearby items instantly — even under cushions or in bags. Once the tracker moves out of range, nearby compatible Android and iOS devices can anonymously update its location through the Google Find Hub and Apple Find My community networks. It also supports Lost Mode, which can help users recover misplaced belongings.

Powering the tracker is a standard CR2032 replaceable battery that lasts up to 12 months. But it also comes with an additional battery inside the retail package that you can replace it yourself in seconds, no tools needed. The JioTag 2 carries an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
