Publisher Koei Tecmo and developer Omega Force have officially unveiled the first gameplay trailer for Attack on Titan 3, offering fans their first in-depth look at the next instalment in the action series ahead of its release on Dec. 10.
The gameplay reveal highlights the return of the franchise’s signature Omni-Directional Mobility (ODM) Gear, allowing players to zip through cities, forests and open battlefields at high speed while engaging Titans in fast-paced aerial combat. Fluid traversal and cinematic attacks remain at the heart of the experience, with the latest footage showcasing smoother movement, improved mobility and more dynamic encounters than previous entries in the series.
Players will once again take on towering Titans using precision strikes aimed at their vulnerable napes. The trailer demonstrates refined combat animations, faster transitions between movement and attacks, and larger-scale battles that capture the intensity of some of the anime’s most memorable moments. Titans also appear more reactive during combat, forcing players to carefully time their attacks while avoiding devastating counterattacks.

Dynamic lighting, large-scale destruction and fluid animation further enhance the spectacle, making every battle feel more immersive and dramatic.
Although story details remain limited, the gameplay footage suggests the title will feature a narrative-driven campaign alongside large-scale battles that revisit pivotal moments from the Attack on Titan universe.
