DLF | Realty major reported a consolidated net profit of ₹793.9 crore for the first quarter, up 4.1% from ₹762.7 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue declined 52.9% year-on-year to ₹1,280.3 crore from ₹2,716.7 crore in Q1 FY26.
Torrent Power Ltd | The firm reported a mixed set of June-quarter earnings on Monday, with revenue rising modestly but profit declining as higher finance costs and disruptions in LNG supplies weighed on overall performance. The integrated power utility reported a 12.7% decline in net profit to ₹639 crore from ₹731.4 crore a year ago.
One97 Communications | Paytm’s block deal book has been launched, with existing investor SAIF Partners likely to sell a 2.3% stake in the fintech company, sources told CNBC-TV18. The transaction is expected to be worth around ₹2,002 crore, with a floor price of ₹1,339.65 per share, representing a 5% discount to Paytm’s last closing price.
Kansai Nerolac Paints | The firm reported a nearly 5% year-on-year rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June aided by healthy demand across its decorative and industrial businesses, even as higher raw material costs weighed on margins. Revenue increased 9.8% YoY to ₹2,374 crore.
Gulf Oil Lubricants India | Hinduja Group firm reported a consolidated net profit of ₹123.1 crore for the first quarter, up 28.6% from ₹96 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue from operations increased 30.6% year-on-year to ₹1,327 crore from ₹1,016.4 crore in Q1 FY26.
The Great Eastern Shipping Company | GE Shipping reported a more than two-fold jump in net profit for the June quarter, helped by strong growth in its shipping business and improved operating margins. The company’s consolidated net profit rose to ₹1,309 crore in the first quarter of FY27 from ₹505 crore in the same period last year.
GSK Pharma | GSK plc subsidiary GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals reported a 15.7% year-on-year rise in net profit for the June quarter, helped by strong growth in its general medicines and vaccines businesses, along with higher operating margins.
Texmaco Rail & Engineering | The firm reported a mixed set of June-quarter earnings on Monday, with revenue declining year-on-year but profitability improving sharply, reflecting stronger operational efficiency despite a softer topline. The company posted a 67% increase in net profit to ₹50 crore, compared with ₹30 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
Restaurant Brands Asia | The country’s leading QSR chain operator reported a consolidated net loss of ₹28.3 crore for the first quarter, compared with a loss of ₹41.9 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Thomas Cook | Travel services provider reported a consolidated net profit of ₹58.7 crore for the first quarter, up 5.8% from ₹55.5 crore in the corresponding period last year. Revenue increased 1.2% year-on-year to ₹828 crore from ₹818 crore in Q1 FY26.
