Webb Captures Stunning Infrared View of Eskimo Nebula

New infrared observations of the Eskimo Nebula, a bipolar double-shell planetary nebula within the constellation of Gemini, reveal clumps of mud, ionized gasoline and increasing shells surrounding a central star.

The Eskimo Nebula is positioned roughly 4,200 light-years away within the constellation of Gemini.
