Parikh has acted in arbitrations seated in Singapore, London, New York, Geneva, Zurich, Dubai and across India, administered under the SIAC, ICC, LCIA, MCIA, DIAC and ICA Rules, as well as in ad hoc proceedings. Her work covers both commercial and investor-state disputes, and spans shareholder and post M&A disputes, private equity exits, put options and valuations, ISDA and structured financial products, infrastructure and construction, and media and intellectual property.
Parikh serves on the Governing Board of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA) and as Vice Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. She sits on the Council of the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration and is an Ambassador of the Asia Pacific Arbitration Group of the International Bar Association. She was a member of the Court of Arbitration of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre from 2018 to 2022, and of the Expert Committee that drafted the institutional arbitration rules for the proposed International Arbitration Centre at GIFT City, Gujarat.
