
Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) founder Abhijeet Dipke on Wednesday announced that the party will launch a nationwide outreach campaign titled ‘Kya Bolti Public’, aimed at engaging directly with citizens and listening to their concerns. Dipke also praised the students who participated in the recent protest at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar over the alleged NEET-UG 2026 paper leak controversy. While Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das, and Ashutosh Ranka have been at the forefront of the campaign, several women have also taken on key leadership roles within the party. Ratna Singh is a law graduate from the University School of Law and Legal Studies at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University. She began her career in legal journalism, and worked as a Legal Correspondent for popular publications. After nearly five years in journalism, Singh transitioned to litigation and is currently practising in the High Court. Within CJP, she is overseeing the party’s legal affairs. Vaishnavi Gaur is a public policy professional and researcher with experience across central and state governments, academia, and think tanks. She completed her schooling at Doon International School in Dehradun before pursuing a BA LL.B. (Hons.) from Panjab University, Chandigarh. She is also a Mukherjee Fellow and has been deputed to work with Union Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal. At CJP, Gaur is heading the party’s Research and Policy division. Aafreen Nawaz is an MBA graduate, entrepreneur, and people’s movement activist. She is among the prominent women associated with CJP and has been actively involved in the party’s public outreach initiatives. (Instagram/@aafreen_nawaz)

Apart from its women leaders, CJP has appointed several other members to key organisational roles. Deepak Baliyan serves as the party’s spokesperson. A native of Mankheda village in Rajasthan’s Alwar district, Baliyan comes from a farming family. Before joining CJP, he spent nearly seven to eight years working with farmers’ organisations, advocating for farmers’ rights and rural issues.
