Eight High Court judges appointed as Chief Justices

President Droupadi Murmu on Saturday (September 5, 2026) appointed eight judges of varied Excessive Courts as Chief Justices of various Excessive Courts.

Regulation and justice Minister Arjunram Meghwal, who took to social media platform X, making an announcement relating to the appointments, mentioned the identical have been accomplished by the President in train of the ability conferred by the Structure of India and in session with the Chief Justice of India.
