Titles change hands at AEW Grand Slam Mexico

Brody King, ROH World Champion Bandido, and Hangman Adam Page are the new AEW World Trios Champions.

King, Bandido, and Page defeated The Demand (Ricochet, Bishop Kaun, and Toa Liona) at Wednesday evening’s AEW Grand Slam Mexico to win the titles.

The finish saw Bandido try for a 21-plex on Liona, but he held the ropes. Pages popped up and kicked Liona, causing him to let go. Bandido then completed the 21-plex, with Page then hitting a buckshot lariat, allowing Bandido to get the pin.

The Demand only held the titles for a week, having defeated The Conglomeration’s Orange Cassidy, Kyle O’Reilly and Roderick Strong on last week’s Dynamite.
