Justice Nariman then criticised the Supreme Courtroom’s healing judgment within the Delhi Metro dispute. The Courtroom had put aside an arbitral award in favour of Delhi Airport Metro Specific Non-public Restricted (DAMEPL) after discovering that the judgment upholding it had resulted in a miscarriage of justice.
Based on Justice Nariman, the Courtroom interfered with the award on a pure query of truth after the proceedings had attained finality. He stated that the arbitral tribunal had thought-about whether or not Delhi Metro Rail Company had cured the defects and whether or not it had taken efficient steps to take action.
