The Jharkhand Police has imposed prohibitory orders across the meeting premises and made elaborate safety preparations throughout the town in view of ‘Vidhan Sabha March’ referred to as by college students who’ve been protesting for greater than two weeks in opposition to alleged irregularities in recruitment exams within the State.
“In view of the potential for unrest throughout the college students’ proposed march to the State meeting, the police administration has been placed on alert,” ADG (Headquarters) Manoj Kaushik stated.
He urged the scholars, who will take part within the march to protest in a “peaceable and disciplined” method as they’ve proven their self-discipline within the ongoing protest right here for over two weeks, he stated.
Protestors alleged that a whole lot of scholars coming to the state capital from totally different components of Jharkhand had been being stopped by the police forcefully.- PTI
