Three “unknown projectiles” have struck a tanker within the Strait of Hormuz, a British maritime company stated Monday after a recent flare-up within the US-Iran conflict.
“A tanker has reported being struck by 3 unknown projectiles while finishing an outbound transit of the Strait of Hormuz,” the UK Maritime Commerce Operations stated on X, including that the incident occurred 17 nautical miles (31 kilometres) east of Khasab, Oman. No casualties or environmental affect had been reported, it stated.
