Real Madrid and Red Bull Leipzig have made significant progress and are now finalizing the details of a €130 million deal for young winger Yan Diomandé, according to a report from Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg.
The total package, including bonuses, is expected to be worth between €130m and €140m. The final structure is currently being discussed.

Diomandé rejoined Leipzig’s preseason stage in Austria today after recovering from an illness which kept him away from the team for the last few days.
Once the two clubs reach a final agreement, Diomandé will likely travel to Spain to undergo his medical and then sign his contract for Real Madrid. All things considered, he will need some time to improve his conditioning, so his presence in the starting lineup when the team takes on Espanyol in the season opener on August 22nd seems unlikely at the moment.
