There have been apprehensions among the many legal professionals and litigants over the potential of the court docket awarding capital punishment, District Bar Affiliation president Pramod Tyagi stated.
By an administrative order issued on Tuesday, the district choose determined to recall the instances to his personal court docket, Tyagi stated.
