CHANDIGARH: A Border Safety Drive (BSF) jawan has been arrested for allegedly murdering his spouse in Punjab, police mentioned on Saturday.A case has been registered towards Amarjit Singh, a resident of Shekhamatta village, following a criticism by the sufferer’s father, Ram Chand.Singh and Rama had been married for round 12 years. In line with the FIR, Rama was allegedly subjected to harassment and bodily assault by her husband after their marriage.On the intervening night time of August 13 and 14, at round 4am, Ram Chand was knowledgeable that Singh had referred to as to say Rama had fallen from the roof of their home and had been taken to the Civil Hospital in Hajipur.Ram Chand and different relations rushed to the hospital, the place they discovered Rama lifeless.
